Ashley Farrington was born and raised in Washington and loves the local outdoor lifestyle. After college, Ashley began a thriving career in Sales and Marketing working first for home builders and then high tech companies such as Microsoft, Mercata, Who's Calling and then as a consultant for almost a decade. She brings her experience in marketing to her real estate career offering state-of-the-art methods to her clients such as social networking and internet marketing. The Blue Team benefits from her passion for marketing and she has developed and implemented programs which allow their listings to stand out from the crowd.
Ashley is an animal lover of all kinds. As a founding member of the Windermere Equestrian Network, she has owned horses for the past 30 years. She and her husband have been developing their own 3-acre “gentleman’s farm” for the past 17 years. The farm currently includes 3 mini donkeys, 2 mini pigs, 8 chickens, 1 turkey, 2 dogs and 2 cats. Ashley combines her own experience as a farm-owner to her clients either looking for new property or perhaps considering their first equestrian land purchase as well as those planning to sell their home. Ashley has the experience necessary to properly assess the options and choose the right property for her clients and her listing clients benefit from her passion for the equestrian lifestyle as she uses her background to effectively market their property to potential buyers.
Ashley is committed to giving back to her community. As a horse lover she has dedicated valuable time and money to help horses in need through Save a Forgotten Equine (SAFE) in Redmond and Wild Love Preserve focused on keeping wild horses wild in Challis, Idaho. In addition to the many fundraising activities in local schools and sports activities, for 10 years Ashley served as Vice President of the Mitochondrial Research Guild at Seattle Children’s Hospital. During her tenure, the Guild raised over $3 million dollars to fund research and provide funds for special projects. She was also involved in the creation of the Metabolic & Mitochondrial Clinic, located at the hospital.
Michelle Blue grew up on the Olympic Peninsula in Port Townsend. After receiving her undergrad and masters from the University of Washington, she began her lifelong career in Sales and Marketing. For the past 17 years, Michelle has used her background to help her clients successfully complete their real estate transactions.
Michelle has a solid record of outstanding results for her clients, working with buyers, sellers and investors in the residential, residential income and luxury real estate market. Committed to excellence, Michelle prides herself on giving her buyers, sellers and investors the best possible professional representation. Prior to her real estate career, she held the position of VP of Sales Operations for a healthcare software company. Working effectively at all levels of operations, Michelle learned valuable skills in data gathering and interpretation as well as strong negotiation techniques. Today, her clients benefit from her experience.

As an empty-nester herself, Michelle understands the unique needs of the 55+ client. She has been trained to assist these clients with the various types of real estate transitions common the older market. The needs are all unique but Michelle takes the time to truly understand the needs of her clients and then diligently seeks to find the right property. These transactions can include downsizing, rightsizing or perhaps finding a new home which accommodates some physical challenges. Some 55+ clients are finally able to retire to their dream home and have very specific ideas about what they want in their new home. Michelle works with each client to tailor a personalized plan to achieve their goals.
